This case arises out of a fatal air crash off the Cape Cod shore. Plaintiff Yisel Dean ("plaintiff") brings this action as administratrix on behalf of the estate of Steven Dean ("Dean"), her husband, for gross negligence against Dean's employer, Colgan Air, Inc.
