¶ 1 Petitioner Leslie Anne Kull challenges a trial court's ruling denying her motion to suppress cocaine discovered in the bedroom of her apartment by police officers following her arrest. She claims, among other things, that the warrantless entry into her apartment violated Washington Constitution article I, section 7.
