¶ 1 Sterling D. Jones and Dorothy P. Jones (the Joneses) appeal the district court's order quieting title to a parcel of land in favor of Roger Argyle under the doctrine of boundary by acquiescence. The Joneses also appeal the district court's award of attorney fees to Roger Argyle stemming from a motion they filed pursuant to rule 52(b) of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure...
