Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by (1) deleting the provision thereof denying that branch of the motion which was for leave to enter a judgment in the sum of $100,000 for money owed to the plaintiff from the defendant's 50% share of the parties' jointly-owned investment account and substituting therefor a provision granting that branch of the motion to the extent of granting the plaintiff leave to enter a judgment in the sum of $60,658.39, and otherwise denying...
