Joan Carol Ellis Roberts appeals from an adverse summary judgment in her libel suit against Dr. Milas Eldon Davis, Jr., and Dr. George Alan Aydelott.

Roberts was employed as a CAT Scan technician in the radiology department of Titus Regional Medical Center in Mount Pleasant, Texas. Doctors Davis and Aydelott were staff radiologists under contract with the medical center. The doctors became concerned...
