Joseph Burhoe was arrested for and confessed to armed bank robbery. After the district court found probable cause justifying Burhoe's arrest and denied Burhoe's motion to suppress evidence found on his person at the time of his arrest and his post-arrest statements, Burhoe entered a conditional plea of guilty to the robbery.
