OPINION

CHARLES KREGER, Justice.

A jury convicted Leroy Ernest Gregory, Jr. of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and possession of an immediate precursor, pseudoephedrine, with intent to unlawfully manufacture methamphetamine. Gregory pleaded true to two enhancement paragraphs. The trial court found both enhancement paragraphs true and on each count sentenced Gregory to imprisonment for life in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice...
