Appellant Amy Cooper, as representative of the estate of Mildred Gunter, deceased (the "estate"), appeals the trial court's order of partial summary judgment in favor of Appellee Relvert Coe, M.D. In two issues, Cooper urges that she had standing and capacity to act as the estate's representative and that the estate's survival claims were not barred by limitations.
