In this interlocutory appeal, IRA Resources, Inc., Eldorado Bank, and California Bank and Trust (as successor in interest to Eldorado Bank) challenge the trial court's denial of their special appearances. See TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM.CODE ANN. § 51.014(a)(7) (Supp. Vernon 2004-05).
