This is an appeal by Trustee Gary V. Skiba ("Trustee") from the Bankruptcy Court's Order dated April 12, 2005. The underlying proceeding was commenced on July 22, 2004, when debtors Jeffrey C. Gould and Dlorah F. Gould filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
