In cause number 934032, appellant, Bernave Sosa, pleaded not guilty to the aggravated robbery of Darlene Galvan. The trial court found him guilty and sentenced him to 40 years' confinement. In cause number 934033, Sosa pleaded not guilty to the aggravated assault of Adriana Galvan. The trial court found him guilty and sentenced him to 20 years' confinement.
