This case concerns the disposition of a business partnership between brothers after one of them died. Max Coleman, the surviving partner, appeals the judgment awarding the redemption value of his brother's partnership interest to his widow, Debbie Coleman. In five issues, Max asserts that (1) as a transferee of his brother's interest, Debbie is not entitled to receive the redemption...
