[¶ 1] Richard Marshall was convicted following a jury trial of one count of aiding and abetting in the commission of aggravated robbery and one count of conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery. Marshall requests this Court review whether the prosecutor transgressed the tenets of Kwallek v. State, 596 P.2d 1372 (Wyo.1979), and its progeny, whether he was deprived of a fair trial because of judicial bias...
