Appellant Robert Spinner ("Driver") appeals from the trial court's judgment affirming the suspension of his driving privileges by the Director of Revenue ("the Director").

Subsequent to a traffic stop conducted on January 21, 2003, the Director suspended the driving privileges of Driver for driving a motor vehicle while having a blood alcohol content of 0.087 percent or more by weight. § 302.505...
