{¶ 1} Appellant, Mariann Logozzo, administrator of the estate of Mary A. Scatamacchio, timely appeals an October 15, 2003 decision of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas. The court denied appellant's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or in the alternative for a new trial following the defense verdict in her jury trial.
