This is a case to enforce a contractual arbitration agreement. Gene Duke Builders, Inc. (Duke) appeals from an order of the trial court dismissing the case for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. On appeal, Abilene Housing Authority (AHA) argued that Duke's notice of appeal was untimely filed. In a memorandum opinion, this court agreed that appellant had not timely perfected its appeal, and we dismissed...
