After a bench trial, the trial court granted the permanent injunction that Maria C. De Leon, appellee, sought and declared that Brace Road, a dirt road, was a public road. In four points of error, Dennis Buffington, appellant, argues that the trial court erred because (1) the evidence does not support the trial court's finding that Brace Road is a public road, (2) DeLeon waived her right and is estopped from using Brace...
