MEMORANDUM AND RE-SENTENCING

On April 19, 2005, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit vacated Defendant Lewis' sentence and remanded the case to this Court for re-sentencing in light of the decision of the United States Supreme Court in United States v. Booker, ___ U.S. ___, 125 S.Ct. 738, 160 L.Ed.2d 621 (2005).
