We review a report and recommendation filed by referee Rose Marie Baron on April 11, 2005, incorporating Attorney Pierquet's no contest plea and stipulations executed by the parties, recommending that Attorney Mark G. Pierquet receive a public reprimand for professional misconduct and that the court impose certain conditions upon Attorney Pierquet's practice of law.
