("Union") brought this action under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1988 against the Chief of the Woburn Fire Department and the City of Woburn, Massachusetts. Patterson alleges that Defendants fired him and terminated his injury leave benefits with no pre-deprivation notice or opportunity to be heard in violation of his right to due process...
