Plaintiffs appeal supplemental judgments awarding attorney fees, costs, and prevailing party fees to the three sets of defendants (the Baunes, the Robertses, and Pfau) in this declaratory judgment proceeding, which was brought to determine the rights and liabilities for maintenance of an easement.
