This appeal arises from an order of the Circuit Court of Sebastian County dismissing appellee, David Verdier, from a negligence claim brought by his son, Colby James Verdier, and Colby's mother, Amanda. Under Arkansas law appellants are not entitled to recover for Colby's injury due to the doctrine of parental-immunity.
