Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 6.3 and upon the Order of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, issued June 13, 2005, the plaintiffs move for reconsideration of this Court's previous Opinion and Order denying remand of this action to state court. The Court of Appeals' order instructs that the plaintiffs may file a motion for reconsideration in light of the Court of Appeals' intervening decision...
