¶ 1 Eugene Ford (Ford) appeals the ruling of the Eighth Judicial District Court, Cascade County, denying his petition for post-conviction relief. We affirm. The issue on appeal is whether the District Court properly denied Ford's petition without holding an evidentiary hearing.
