Appellant Tommy Joe Crawford was convicted by a jury of possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine and sentenced him to forty years imprisonment. On appeal, Crawford's sole argument is that the circuit court erred in the sentencing phase of his trial when it admitted evidence of other drug offenses that occurred subsequent to the charged offense.
