{¶ 1} Appellant, Guy Cicchini, appeals the decision of the Stark County Court of Common Pleas, that granted summary judgment, in a legal-malpractice action, in favor of appellees, Ralph Streza, Natalie Peterson, and Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur, L.L.P ("Porter Wright").
