The Dallas Fire Fighters Association (DFFA) and thirty-five individual fire fighters (collectively appellants) appeal the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of Booth Research Group, Inc. (BRG).1 Appellants bring six issues on appeal: (1) the court erred in disposing of their breach of contract claim; (2) the court erred in granting summary judgment for their negligent misrepresentation...
