Appellant Amy Bankston appeals the judgment of the Pulaski County Circuit Court convicting her of one count of second-degree murder and three counts of terroristic act and sentencing her to four consecutive terms of twenty years' imprisonment. For reversal, Appellant argues that the trial court erred in excluding the testimony of a psychiatrist and in refusing to instruct the jury on the lesser-included offense of reckless manslaughter....
