Randy Steven Teague ("Appellant") challenges the trial court's jurisdiction to accept his guilty pleas. Whether the trial court had jurisdiction is a question of law that we review de novo. State v. Ferrier, 86 S.W.3d 125, 127 (Mo.App.2002). Appellant bases his contention on § 217.460, RSMo 2000, which is set forth below.
