Chapter 13 debtors Leonard and Bonnie Hansen (Appellants) seek to avoid a lien held by Green Tree Servicing Corporation (Appellee or Green Tree) on their mobile home pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 5442, claiming that it was not perfected on the date of their bankruptcy petition. The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Wyoming refused to avoid Green Tree's lien and entered judgment...
