The infant plaintiff allegedly burned himself when, at the age of three, he came into contact with a radiator in his family's apartment. This action seeking damages for the infant plaintiff's injuries, and those of his mother, was subsequently commenced against the entities that own and manage the apartment building (collectively, the landlord).
