RAKOFF, District Judge.

By two summary orders entered on July 20, 2005, the Court sustained objections filed jointly by the Debtors and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors to six consumer class claims and thereby expunged all consumer class claims against the Debtors. The Orders indicated that a Memorandum setting forth the reasons for these determinations would issue in due course, and here it is.
