CHARLES KREGER, Justice.

The trial court found J.A.G., Jr., engaged in delinquent conduct by committing the offense of burglary of a habitation. The trial court further found his parents, Maria Zamora and Jose Garcia, Sr., "have by wilful act or omission, contributed to, caused, or encouraged [J.A.G.'s] delinquent conduct." Pursuant to TEX.
