{¶ 1} Appellant, Emmilie Radcliff, appeals from two orders out of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas. In the first, the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of appellees, Steen Electric, Inc., Robert Steen, and William Steen, on certain of appellant's claims. In the second, a visiting judge, sitting by assignment, bifurcated the trial on appellant's remaining claims and Theodore Goumas's counterclaims.
