MEMORANDUM OPINION

Opinion by Chief Justice VALDEZ.

Appellant, Juan Flores, as the representative of the estate of Roberto Flores, deceased ("Roberto"), appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of appellees, Candelario Ontiveros, Melissa Ontiveros, and Med Care Emergency Medical Services, Inc. ("Med Care"). We reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand.
