Robert Leffler ("Movant") appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 post-conviction motion after an evidentiary hearing. Movant pleaded guilty to one count of manufacturing a controlled substance pursuant to Section 195.211, RSMo 2000, and one count of possession of a controlled substance pursuant to Section 195.202, RSMo 2000.
