¶ 1 Appellant Elyse Kaufmann appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of appellee M & S Unlimited, L.L.C. on its cross-motion for summary judgment and the denial of Kaufmann's motion for summary judgment in her cause of action for fraudulent transfer of real property. Kaufmann contends the trial court erred by determining that Blalak v. Mid Valley Transportation, Inc.,
