MAZZANT, Justice.

Dwayne Lewis Goodrich appeals his convictions for criminally negligent homicide. After the jury found appellant guilty, it assessed his punishment at seven-and-one-half years' imprisonment and a $10,000 fine in each case. Appellant brings eight points of error contending: (a) the trial court erred by not granting appellant's motions to quash the indictments; (b) the evidence is factually insufficient to support his convictions;...
