¶ 1 Appellant Stanley Thomas Tyszkiewicz was convicted after a jury trial of two counts of aggravated driving under the influence of an intoxicant (DUI), sentenced to a four-month term of imprisonment, and placed on probation for concurrent, five-year terms.
