{¶ 1} Appellant, Willis Kennedy, received a life sentence for his December 23, 1988 conviction on three counts of rape, in violation of R.C. 2907.02. After his release from prison in 2004, he was classified as a sexual predator on July 13, 2004, and now appeals that classification.
