Roy Erwin McDole unlawfully claimed unemployment benefits for two years. A jury convicted McDole of thirty-one counts of unsworn falsification and one count of second-degree theft.1 The State charged only one theft count by aggregating all the periodic payments McDole received through the two-year course of misconduct.2 McDole illegally obtained a total sum in excess...
