Prye ("Prye"), whose interests are represented by the Illinois Office of State Guardian ("IOSG") appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis ordering IOSG to take custody and control of Prye and to place him in an appropriate treatment setting in Illinois. We reverse in part and dismiss in part.
