Appellant Cecil Payton appeals from a circuit court decree which invalidates the tax deed granted to him after he purchased the land at a tax sale held for delinquent taxes. He contends that the circuit court erred in concluding that the legal description in the tax deed was void and that this made the deed void. We disagree with Payton and affirm the circuit court.
