GOLDEN, Justice.

[¶ 1] A jury convicted 34-year-old Donald L. Moe of one count of taking immodest, immoral or indecent liberties with a 16-year-old girl in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 14-3-105(a) (LexisNexis 2003), a felony. Moe received a sentence of two to five years in the state penitentiary. In his appeal, Moe raised several constitutional issues, a prosecutorial misconduct issue, and several evidentiary rulings issues. This Court affirmed the judgment...
