{¶ 1} This is an adjudication, pursuant to Gov.Jud.R. II(2) through (4), of a formal disciplinary complaint filed against an incumbent justice of the Supreme Court of Ohio. In this circumstance, Gov.Jud.R. II(2)(B)(3)(a) provides that the Chief Justice of the Courts of Appeals shall convene the panel described in Gov.Jud.R. II(4) to "hear and decide" the complaint.
