GRAHAM, J.

Following a jury trial, the defendant was found guilty of burning a dwelling, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, and assault by means of a dangerous weapon. On appeal, he alleges that the trial judge erred in (1) denying his motion for a required finding of not guilty on the charge of burning a dwelling, and (2) allowing the Commonwealth's expert to give his opinion on an ultimate issue in the case. We affirm.
