Steven G. Faith appeals from the judgment of conviction and sentence entered upon his conditional guilty plea to possession of methamphetamine. At issue on appeal is whether the district court erred in denying Faith's motion to suppress evidence. We reverse, holding that the police exceeded permissible limits in searching Faith during a Terry1 stop.
