The plaintiff, Manuel Fernando Casas, sued the defendant, Marty Robbins Insurance Agency, Inc., (Agency) for failure to procure a homeowner's insurance policy. A jury trial resulted in a verdict in favor of the Agency. Casas brought his action against the Agency based upon both a contract and a tort theory.
