Plaintiff appeals from summary judgment for defendant Douglas County in this action for breach of contract, promissory estoppel, and sex discrimination under former ORS 659.030 (1999), renumbered as ORS 659A.030 (2001), arising out of defendant's termination of plaintiff's employment. We view the record on summary judgment in the light most favorable to plaintiff. Jones v. General Motors Corp., 325 Or. 404
