Appellant, Brasch-Barry General Contractors, appeals from an order of the Court of Appeals which reverses a decision of the Workers' Compensation Board ("the Board"). The Court of Appeals found that Appellant did not properly preserve its claim of error for appeal. On direct appeal to this Court, we reverse the Court of Appeals and remand the case for consideration on its merits.<...
